Bio
Originating from the small town of Westport on New Zealand's South Island, Tony's life in the mountains began as a glacier guide on the rugged west coast and his love of the outdoors has kept him working in the mountains ever since. Tony has enjoyed a varied career, having worked as ski patroller and Chief Safety Officer in the New Zealand ski resorts of Ohau and Treble Cone, as well as serving as a Field Officer down on the ice in Antarctica's remote Mawson Station.
A relaxed and popular guide, Tony can be found guiding around his home base of Wanaka in New Zealand's Southern Alps and spending time with his young daughter.
