Caroline has been part of the Adventure Consultants team since 2008, serving as Operations Manager from 2011 before being appointed General Manager in January 2024.
Caroline Ogle (nee Blaikie) joined AC as a Client Liaison before moving into expedition logistics coordination. As Operations Manager she oversaw the planning and operations across all of our trips, playing a central role in the day-to-day running of the business and team.
Originally from Scotland, Caroline holds an honours degree in Physiology and brings extensive personal experience in climbing and skiing across the Southern Alps of New Zealand. Her time with AC has seen her working regularly in Nepal, initially as Everest Base Camp Manager in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014, and then from 2015 coordinating the setup for each climbing season at Everest Base Camp. She has guided Everest Base Camp treks and Kilimanjaro expeditions.
In January 2024 Caroline was appointed General Manager at Adventure Consultants, taking over from Suze Kelly who had been the mainstay of the operation for three decades. She now leads the company alongside Suze and CEO Guy Cotter.
