In the post-monsoon season of 2017, Adventure Consultants operated our 20th expedition to the South West ridge of Ama Dablam (6,828m/22,402 ft). One of the most aesthetic routes in the Himalaya, the SW ridge follows an exposed rock ridge dotted with towers and interesting climbing followed by steep snow, ice slopes and accentuated by outrageous exposure on a summit day that is sure to impress.
