Growing up in Hohenpeissenberg, under the shadow of the Barvarian Alps, it's not surprising that Thomas has always felt at home in the mountains. His love of the mountains made it's way into his professional life when after years of office work he pursed his passion by training to become a certified IFMGA mountain and ski guide.

Bio
Hailing from Hohenpeissenberg, Germany, Thomas joins the New Zealand guiding team as a fully certified IFMGA Mountain and Ski Guide. Thomas brings to the team a wealth of experience climbing, skiing and guiding in the European Alps. He enjoys the process of planning and sharing the mountain experience with his guests, whether it's their first time in the mountains or their fiftieth!Thomas also loves travelling, experiencing new places and cultures. He is currently based in New Zealand with his family for the 2019/20 summer as they travel the globe.
